Burke Urban
Beachcomber Black Point has been created by Burke Urban, a company with 25 years of successful business in the land development industry. Beachcomber was delivered upon the success of Burke Urban's Black Point Freeholding Scheme, which incorporated over 200 allotments with 150 of these lots being allocated for shack relation purposes. The original free-holding project was completed after lengthy negotiations with the Black Point Shack Owners Association and the Narunnga Aboriginal Heritage Committee. Beachcomber is the most recent release at Black Point comprising 30 beachside allotments facing East over Gulf St Vincent towards Adelaide.
At Burke Urban we create secure, harmonious and sustainable living environments where people are connected to places. Our success has been an outcome of our committment to innovatoin, excellence and

best practice and is evident in any one of the outstanding living environments and strong communities that we have created.
Burke Urban is a stong supporter of the community through its committment to charity programs that include Variety The Children's Charity and Flinders Lodge Appeal (SA Cancer Council). We are also proud supporters of the Adelaide Football Club's Junior Football Development Program including Crows in Schools. Burke Urban donated Lot 730 at Beachcomber to the Adelaide Crows and created the Crows Beach House concept in conjunction with Rivergum Homes and the Adelaide Football Club. The Crows Beach House was a resounding success, so much so that is sold prior to auction.
